The tower's massing respects the height and scale of its neighbouring buildings and the facades are characterised by the mountainous grounds surrounding the area. Its design is taken in response to maximise the dramatic views of the Park and the Petronas Twin Towers as the icon of Kuala Lumpur. The building reduces the reliance on sharp edged shapes through its facade, while still emphasising its vertical form.

The challenges to build such high-rise residential building in such a tight and constricted space allow the footprint of the building to be smaller but increases in size as it makes its way to the top. Residents enter through the building via a grand entrance on Jalan Stonor, which leads to the residential concierge. At roof level, the perimeter of the building provides a variety of recreational facilities for residents. The articulation of the facade adds a further level of amenity to high-rise urban living
